RCP always bumps up Rasmussen and bumps up the other polls as well. The result is always an uptick for Trump over the polling averages by playing games with "likely voters".
For example, the IPSOS poll has 41% of Americans approving of Trump (53% disapproving) that is manipulated to 46% of "likely voters" approving of Trump (52% disapproving). It is idiotic to jack up the approval by 4% while reducing by the disapproval by 1%.
Agree. Although accuracy is less important than consistency for me. I only am interested in movement/trends.

The problem with anyone disputing it is that the numbers don't lie. You can't just pick any state that anybody won from either side. The point about Hillary is that she won California by so much.
