maybe if you train hard you can change things
Maybe if our American marathoners train hard they can change things!

Would be fantastic if Tola somehow catches them. But unlikely, the two upfront look pretty strong.
Tola will have a hard time with Korir for the 3rd place.
Nageeye looks really good
Does anyone know when entries open for 2025 NYC and what the cutoff is for a fast entry?
Tola is being caught by Korir ;-(
Young is coming back on Mantz for 6th place.
Young catching Mantz! Will he actually beat him or will he let Mantz cross first again?!
The duel in the shade.
Albert Korir closing like a train
Clayton Young could steal top American

It’s not available outside the NY area (unless you have espn2 for some reason)
I'm watching the ESPN2 broadcast on my TV, and the TCS App on my phone, and I live on the other side of the country.
Great to hear. But I installed the app and literally could only see a view of the finish line

Ridiculous comment, she’s had a fairly decent running career with that form the entire entire time
It is awful. Anyone who knows anything about running would admit that. Imagine if her form was proper.
Glad Obiri didn’t win. So sick of the OAC arrogance.
props to Sara Vaugh! amazing!!

Top american women less than 20 minutes off the world record!
What’s your point? The women’s winner was 15 minutes off the world record and the top American was 17 minutes off. NYC is not only hilly, but is run incredibly slow and tactically.

…Nope, Mantz is away. Will run out of ground trying to catch Kamworor in 5th.

How hard do you have to train to simply hit 2:18/ 2:37 to get in the trials? Isn't that the goal?
RUPP has been great on the color commentary.

Dude, I don’t think she’s going to change her form at 35 years old with a historic career behind her with a world of accomplishments
by the way, Bill Rogers, Paula Radcliffe, Sifan Hassan, etc., all terrible form with incredible accomplishments
Congrats to Nageeye. Amazing achievement to win NYC marathon in front of the 4 former champions of the race!
