A third world doctor mistaking an underdeveloped penis for a vulva doesn't mean the person is female. It means they were incorrectly 'assigned' at birth (a concept you previously fully supported). 'Cis' as it relates to 'gender identity' is a religious word with no basis in reality.

Somebody should draw Khelif’s lawyer’s attention to LR to show them how it’s an open season out here to attack her with misinformation.
wow, the radical left have worked out how to use multiple accounts..
saying that doctors can mis identify dsd people as the wrong sex is not open to libel. saying we dont like the label 'cis' is not open to libel. we dont need the word 'cis-woman' or 'cis-male', we just need woman or male. i find being labelled 'cis' insulting. thats my pronoun statement, lefty, and i expect you to respect it under your own terms.
khelif is welcome to come on letsrun and try to find something i have said that will likely win a lawsuit.
oh, and well done for outing yourself as a terf. simply amazing. see if you can spot it, or wil you need me to?

We don't know anything about Khelif's medical history.
She didn't fail a gender test - her results were suspicious but on further analysis she passed. It's not uncommon for medical tests to produce false results - that's why an A sample and B sample are taking for anti-doping.
The organization that carried out the gender test has been suspended by the IOC for multiple failings with regards to governance and finance issues.
These are the facts - she's not transgender or intersex/DSD, or a man pretending to be a woman. And she didn't fail a gender test.

But has clearly gone through male puberty?
All these men who prefer other men but are in denial said much the same things about Semenya, Niyonsaba, even the notorious jailed British trans athlete Lauren Jeske. Apparently, they had inside information that meant they just KNEW that they were biological women, and everyone else was wrong when pointing out the obvious. It's like those men who are attracted to children and obsessed making claims that any woman over 21 or 25 or 30 is "too old".
They just can't resist the temptation to post their sexual preferences on social media and berate everyone for not sharing their lack of resultant judgement.
For your information, Khelif didn't "pass" any B sample and didn't appeal the ban last year.

we know a little bit;
the aba or whoever they are called, the iba or wotnot, did some test and disqualified Khelif.
Khelif did not further the challenge, so, in fact, Khelif accepted the results.
so their is a very strong possibility it was a gender test, whatever that is, or it coud have been a t test, although that is unlikely since it could have been recorded as a PED and that hasnt happened. being recorded as a PED would have been far more damaging and so the appeal far more likely (are you reading this Landis?). realistically, it had to have been one or the other so given the t test is so unlikely, the balance of probablilities is that Khelif 'failed' a sex test. edit; just to add; a PED failure leads to a period of banning. a failed sex test makes you ineligible. since i havent read anything about a banning peris, this makes it even more unlikely that Khelif failed a t test.
Dont present facts about this spurios gender test that arent available, unless oyu have proof to back them up.
we dont know for fact what happened but the info available leads us, on the balance of probablitlites, to suspect that he is a man with a form of dsd, who failed a gender / sex test and accepted these results at the time. this could be wrong.
If Khelif has always beleived she is a woman (up until a certian point) and wishes to live as a woman, then she has all my sympathy and good wishes. but dont abuse the situation and beat up women.

Just complete flat-out blackwhite now, 1984 is here. Khelif failed TWO sex tests. Khelif did not appeal them and therefore was stripped of the right to compete. Khelif's coach has said that abnormalities were found involving testosterone and chromosomes. The IOC at no point questioned the validity of the two independent labs who carried out the sex testing, they merely said Khelif had a female passport and was targeted for testing arbritarily. To know the full context of this situation and spread the lie that Khelif is female, you either need to be knowingly lying, or completely deluded.
The IBA (which has been stripped of governing body status for amateur boxing) carried out the gender tests however the IOC has said tests carried out by unauthorized governing bodies are not legitimate.
The exact findings have not been disclosed to the public.
The IOC have cleared her to compete so we can assume any suspiciousness has been investigated. That probably means the IOC have carried out their own testing and cleared her to compete.
The public are not entitled to view her test results or medical history so we'll not know the exact circumstances of this, and for good reason.
This thread should not exist. If and when this athlete is determined to be a biological male, then it would be valid. Also valid is a hypothetical thread without somebody's name. But as things now stand, the discussion is for trolls.

Again, noone with 4% of a functioning brain can look at the situation with all that we know and come to the conclusion that Khelif is female. The IOC themselves, who you repeatedly laud, retracted their own statement that said this wasn't a DSD case. If Khelif wasn't DSD, what possible reason would there be to retract? Go on, I'm listening.
Thankfully one of us will be proven right when Khelif takes this to court and the details confirm everything that sensible people already knew from just looking at him.
I don't laud the IOC but I do have greater trust in their criteria than a rumor of a failed test carried out by the discredited IBA governing body and the visual identification of 'males' by internet transvestigators.

Again, we'll see who turns out to be right if the details come out in this extremely ill-advised lawsuit. Hint, it won't be you.
Why doesn't the athlete in question just do a test to see if she does indeed have XY chromosomes? That would settle the debate forever and shut everyone up.
Just use a reputable, neutral scientific agency, not some Russian lab or whatever. Then the debate will be over forever.
If she is XY (male), then she can't box as a woman. If she is XX, then she can. Sounds like a simple solution to me.
Doesn't everyone just want to know the truth so we can have a fair playing field? It would also shut up a lot of bigots and trolls.

IOC stopped chromosome test because human sex is more complex than XX and XY. Please stop living in the 20th century.
If IOC disqualify athletes based on chromosome alone, they will be sued and lose in CAS. They need further evidence that those two boxers have unfair advantage (functioning androgen receptor, adult male level testosterone, etc.) and IBA failed to provide them.

Her turning out to be XY changes nothing. She was born female and is a cis female. It doesn’t matter that you have an alternate karyotype-supremacist definition, outside of this immaterial little incelforum bubble at least.

Just because the IBA aren't allowed to release the details of the sex testing completed by two separate labs (THE RESULTS OF WHICH KHELIF DIDN'T APPEAL GOOD LORD YOU COMPLETE IDIOTS) didn't mean they 'failed to provide them'. Would you rather they broke patient confidentiality in this case?
In a letter they sent to the IOC in June 2023, the IBA made no mention of testosterone and only said “the disqualification took place after the IBA had conducted two gender tests which concluded the boxer’s DNA was that of [LONG REDACTION] chromosomes.”
