Apparently, any new threads concerning SJD are not allowed. In reference to his latest vlog, I pointed out that Roger Biebert should offer another review since this episode could be a tour de force in the extensive DJR catalog. There are also many questions to ask, especially, the symbolic meaning of facial hair.

Since LRC started blocking SJD threads his YT channel went downhill.
I'm not even convinced Ben Parkes still enjoys running. Never see him actually training properly or doing hard sessions (muh ankle and me mental health). Doesn't even train with the running club he claims to represent (Serpentine RC). My guess would be that he's panicking, and feels very much trapped in the situation.

Seth or a DGR stan has probably threatened legal action against Letsrun.
It's time to catch up with our favorite running YouTubers. It was a big week in ShoeTube land.
Kofuzi posted a short London Marathon video. He appeared to injured himself about 1/3 of the way in but kept running to get that coveted fifth star. We ended this season of running YouTube with Kofuzi with a massive cliff hanger--bringing back memories of that antiquated thing called a television show...will Mike recover in time to run Berlin and earn the sixth star? Tune in in October to find out!
A variety of British YouTubers, many of whom I'm not familiar with, have their London Marathon videos up. The most popular among them are a 23 second short from The Running Channel with 52,000 views and a video of Nick Bester pacing a 2:45 group and shouting "Let's Go!!!!" constantly. I wonder if Matt Choi got his signature phrase from watching a Bester video. (Bester was waiving a South African flag in his video, so I guess he isn't British but he seems to be based there).
Speaking of Matt Choi! He joined Kofuzi on the London Marathon course just a week after running Boston. He ran a 3:27 and made no less than four Instagram posts about it. It too is his fifth star.
Meanwhile back in Colorado, the Greatest of All Time and still the true original Seth DeMoor put out a video of himself opening gear from running companies. He stated in his video that he's no longer a ShoeTuber. And that he'll do reviews on Strava. His first review of was of the Hoka Skyward X. He says it's too much shoe and that it wasn't for him and posted a photo of a massive rock getting stuck in the shoe.
The Believe in the Run crew is now onto their third hour of rehashing their Boston Marathon experience. This time, they're talking about fueling in warm weather. Somehow they spent 45 minutes to tell us that we should drink water and electrolytes.
Finally, our friend A Serious Runner made a video that makes fun of us Let's Run Trolls. It's hilarious and worth a watch:
A very serious and reflective look at the state of running culture, the influencer marketing impact, and the question of achievement versus clout with regard...
I think Ben does quite nicely out of the merchandise and coaching and just doesn't have the desire to try and run a PR at any distance anymore, he's too comfortable
What shoe did Kofuzi run London in? I'm not watching the video. He wouldn't blame a shoe though, that would ruin his free travel.
Can't point to the switch in training either as that would burn bridges. Was the relationship between Kofuzi and Higher Running ever fully disclosed? I'm assuming it was quid pro quo but I can't recall it ever being mentioned. Kofuzi used to be really good at disclosing that kind of stuff.
c'mon, you know this is a thin argument. there's a big difference between youtubers collaborating and youtubers getting free product and travel from big brands.
