It cares, "orthostatic" you should use such activity when you are vertical (maximum distance from working muscles to the heart) and working all muscles, so that is why the best is "ski" king of the sport for the heart left ventricle. Swimming is most s@cked, because you are in horizontal position and there is no vertical height between working muscles and heart.
