What's the point? Exactly the same as Salazar: he was a coach who explored banned methods.

Should he receive the same length of ban as Salazar? I dont think he should. His attempts to bring doping to light should definitely merit a reduction. But he should still receive a short sanction. Maybe 3 months, or something, more symbolic than anything, showing that if you cheat, you will be punished.

This is the most baffling factor in the whole situation, and is the key to why Salazar’s ban is going to be reversed. Mark my words, his ban will be gone before the Olympics. (Although the damage has already been done... Salazar might need to sue for defamation...)

If Magness is classified as an athlete and he violated doping laws, then he needs to be banned too. If he’s a coach, he’s clear and so is Salazar on that count (which happens to be the crux of the ban). This whole investigation smells like a personal vendetta against Salazar gone to the extreme.

Rojo needs to check the IP addresses of all these Salazar defenders, whom I believe are paid Nike shills.

He Knows that, has pointed it out on another thread, but it doesn't stop one or more of the mods from trying to give the shills the upper hand with deleted posts.

Years of investigating and the come up with this?!?!?! You would think they would actually get an athlete some PED's or something if they were cheating.

Alberto was so honest with USADA ( No one else does what he did). Magness needs to get a ban also if USADA wants to be fair. However, this could of just been done to make a point as the 4 year ban will be overturned.

How did he know about dr brown back then? Yes, Adam Goucher went to DR Brown first along with Kennedy and God knows who else. Both Gouchers on thyroid meds before NOP. I find it easier to believe that Rupp was clean, or at least was naively innocent, since he was sent down this route as a 15/16 year old child.

There is not point in banning him. He will just use a different name and use a VPN.

He is actually administering a self imposed ban by getting every elite he works with injured. Won’t be long until no-one touches him anyways.

Ask Sarah Crouch how that leg is doing and how her prep for the trials is going after Magness had her run Boston on a femur stress reaction the broke mid-race.
