I ran 51.3 FAT open in a meet and a couple hours later ran 51.6r leading off.
you guys realize that he may be focusing on the 1500 and not the 800 right? i know he's run some great times in the 800, but if he was gearing himself up for the 1500 he shouldn't be running 46 in the open, and certainly not right now. Also he's not a sprinter, standing start 48 for a mid distance guy, is probably in the realm of 46 high 47 low relay split. Looking forward to seeing what he can do this summer!
