One could also ask her whether she now realizes that it was 21 - 23 C, not 29 C as she claimed, when she became so "dehydrated" within 67 minutes that her Hb went up from 12 to 15.6 g/dl in 2003 (within a couple of days).
Or whether she now remembers that her training actually went well in Kenya in 2012, when she was caught with Hb = 16.2 g/dl, while she claimed that it was so high because she was barely running there.

She was delighted when doping analysis was eventually arranged before the race.

In rereading, I see that my original post comes across as snarkier than intended. I do think it would be interesting to prompt her by pointing out that you have a tendency not to give people the benefit of the doubt in suspicious circumstances, but you have been a staunch defender of hers always. (I'm sure I would be, too, in your shoes -- so this is not a criticism at all.) Does she ever foresee a time in when she will feel safe sharing her medical records and helping to set the record straight on her aberrant blood tests?
Instead of using the word "renegging," I agree that "not following through" is the better phrase. Whether she's open to the idea of transparency or not, she has given us every reason to believe that she won't do or share anything to substantiate her public statements.

1) Luck with the timing:
a) the African ladies were just on the up (now her all female WR is gone)
b) inefficient EPO tests pre-2005
c) ABP only in the test phase; getting flagged like her only led to additional testing

Note also that she never broke 2:22 after 2005 until her retirement in 2012.

While blanket doping questions will likely not tell us anything she hasn’t already said to the media (statements likely worked and reiterated many times over), it might reveal new character insight to specifically ask her about her use of Actovegin and Dr. Mueller.
You could ask specially about frequency and rationale of use, and as a bonus, possibly her thoughts about it having been on and off the banned substance list and/or effects as an endurance performance enhancer (“poor man’s EPO”, widely used by the USPS cycling team, lab studies demonstrating potential, Victor Conte recommending it, etc.)
If her rationale is “that it wasn’t banned”, ask her if she would recommend that all athletes use it then.

- what was the cause of your injury before the Athens Olympics? If it was a stone that was flung up by a car that hit your knee when you were out running (and has now been stated), why did you say it was something completely different in your autobiography and in interviews over the following 10+ years?
There's plenty more to dig into, but this is the strangest question for me that I would ask.

How is it you don't remember the other dopers who were so clean they told the world they were willing to take polygraph tests to "prove" they were clean? Do you forget where you park your car as well?
You need to revisit the last time Paula tried to go after the Science in Sport guy and Parisotto. She has quite a bit of trouble with her memory in that feud as well as making some outrageous claims like this one:

i don't like Paula one bit, but I have to agree with Wejo on this.
If you say something like she did and then talk to your lawyer and they tell you not to release any blood or say anythign else about it for legal reasons, you listen to your lawyer. that's probably what she did and it was smart, regardless of if she doped not. you don't volunteer anything. that's what we'd all do if we were smart.
Rupp issued a statement on instagram about why he dropped out and got completely destroyed. why would an athlete release blood value data if a statement of explanation (albeit late and boilerplate) doesn't even get well received?! it'd be incredibly stupid, even if totally clean and innocent.
