What's that have to due with the cover-up from Russia's Athletic Association & RUSADA that tried to pull out all the stops with a covert State-sponsored doping program and still got caught? Besides, I believe Russian Athletics received sponsorship from Russia's 2nd largest bank; VTB (more net worth than Nike), which didn't help matters either.

Wouldn't things have turned out differently if Bubka had won the IAAF presidency? Eg Radcliffe, Farah and NOP busted instead etc ...
