There definitely should be new Federal, State, and Local laws guaranteeing equal access to present and future domestic and international Common Carrier Telecommunication and Radiocommunication services and facilities.

Or, something like CNN will load slowly, but FoxNews will load quickly.

The REGULATION is in place so the ISP acts as a common carrier, ala' landline phone companies.

Without the REGULATION in place, the "free market" will take over the ISPs, and they'll of course do the right thing here.

Wow, would you look at that. COX will gladly take your money to offer broadband fast as you can ever imagine, THEN charge you an additional $15 monthly so your games will run better. Nickels and dimes, nickles and dimes.
