Seen a lot of questions so I'll try to answer most of them. I'm 6'0" and 140 pounds. I run about 65-70 miles a week and a normal week of training looks like this:
Monday: easy run, 7-8 miles usually around 6:30 pace or so with strides
Tuesday: Workout day, usually 4 mile or so tempo on the track @5:00ish pace on the track with a few longer intervals after (800s/ks), ~10 miles total
Wednesday: Medium length long run, usually 12 miles at a little faster than monday pace (6:20?)
Thursday: just like monday pretty much
Friday: Workout day, usually just long intervals or shorter stuff, non-tempo day, ~10 miles total
Saturday: Easy jog 5 miles or so
Sunday: Long run, usually pretty hilly 13 miles at a little faster than wednesday (6:10ish?)
Other PRs are 24:11 8k XC, 8:09 3k indoors, haven't run an 800 in a long time but could probably do like 1:56 and maybe 53-54 for 400
max heart rate was 197 and aerobic threshold pace was ~5:40
