Sprinters have legitimate aerodynamic and weather concerns to account for. Neither of these come into play at the squat rack. Plus, while some male sprinters occasionally train/compete in full tights, tapered track pants are the norm for warmups and knee length shorts the near rule for competition.

I do not have a problem with half/knee length compression shorts for lifting or really anything else as long as they have appropriate liners and cut. Full length tights are different as they project a completely different (feminine) vibe. They just do. Full length tights without overshorts are for women and downhill skiers.

That said, if you feel better squatting in full length tights with a lightning neon print, go for it. It just looks weird and seems unnecessary. The main point to the whole list is that many guys have turned what used to be a serious and almost spartan pursuit, (fitness), into a fashion/social circus that feels odd to anyone who grew up with traditional jock culture.

Uhhh, we already get too much of that just from your breath. Why is that insufficient for you when it is too much for everyone else?

And, to be blunt, whenever you pass gas, I've refrained, somehow, from telling you that while your voice has changed, your breath is still the same.

Number One rule and mostly unenforced:

#1 Do not sit on benches without lifting weights or doing an exercise.

Most of the other rules are common sense although expecting people to dress the way you want them to could get you pretty stressed out.

If Rule #1 is enforced things will go much better for everyone.

That's your wife, the assistant manager working the stalls in the men's room, as usual.

My gas is better than most, because it passes through my shorts, which I wear over my tights.

That Arnold video was SAD. All he has left is biceps. He's just an ordinary old man with huge biceps.

Doing curls his weak triceps collapsed so his biceps were restiing directly on the armrest.

This is spot on. All the anxious people concerned with other's clothing or afraid of nakedness are off-topic.

Don't wear a bandanna, unless you want everyone to know what a narcissistic cvnt you are.
