Actually, I hadn't posted here for a while. it was only your complaint that reactivated me. But if you can provide a good explanation as to why the people who enjoy this thread shoudln't keep it going other than the fact that you're tired of it, I might stop forever. As it is, I don't understand why you just don't ignore the thread if you don't like it.

But does a multiple marathon champion sharing with us that one of the few living American champions has suffered an injury have something to do with the history of the sport? I think it does, and am pretty certain others think so as well.
