Ha you can not be serious about RUSADA, it is clear and has been exposed for doping violations.
And I don't understand why people don't think Montano is clean, she has not done anything special except stay consistent. Now if she started running faster as she got older like every other suspect athlete then there is an argument but she peaked, plateaued and declined at the right progression. The only difference is Montano has managed injuries well and never over trained because she is a converted 400 runner. 1500 women tend to get injured and over train more often and have eating disorders. Plus I have witnessed Martinez use an inhaler so we could go further down that road if you like... Vigil has been known to get his athletes on inhalers, reason why Deena Kastor left him.

Huh? There is a 400/800 woman who most always runs 60/60 and she doesn't tie up badly but also no longer has her old kick. Not worth mentioning her name that isn't important. Where do you get that stuff about only the 1500 types running 60/60?
This is a lady who has won nationals six times. She is undoubtedly one of the greatest female American middle distance runners ever. She has almost always also been one of the nicest and most gracious. The events at the Olympic qualifying last year were an expression of her tremendous grief that resulted from being stymied in her career by less talented cheaters when she competed internationally. Actually I'm pretty shocked at the lack of sympathy on these boards for Alysia who has always been a gutsy competitor in every race she has ever run. I'm very happy she will get her championship medals, but I'm sure it doesn't come close to compensating for not being recognized for her accomplishments in the moment.
Why not mention Brenda M. in your headline of moving up to Silver medal?
Congratulations to Alysia Montano on her two world medals, and probably an Olympic medal to follow! Congratulations to Brenda Martinez for moving up to silver as well! If you're an American you should root for Americans and it is always good news when no doubt about it drug cheats with positive drug tests/biological passport evidence from a proven drug program are nabbed.
That Semenya is elevated to another Olympic gold is a farce, however.

RUSADA was caught covering up doping violations, yes, but that doesn't prove that "RUSADA is the leader for covering up drug tests". There might very well be worse NADOs.

History of a dirty sport, in particular for the women, especially for the shorter distances. Plus lots of doped Americans. Sorry.
Having said that, there are indeed lots of more suspicious runners, imho.
She didn't win anything. She was gifted couple of medals because of the focus on Russian Doping while we ignore American doping.
