This is really out of line for Lilly. It would be one thing to condemn them during normal times, but this is the Olympics where unity / national pride mean a lot. She's putting her foot in her mouth big time by stirring the pot and making the U.S. team look bad. Shameful, actually.
Was probably tested at WUGS and by the NCAA. Did you crosscheck with USADA or WADA? She was a Jr in 2014 swimming at the Jr Pan Pacific meet there would have been testing there as well.
Had my first doping control at age 17 at Canadian Jr Championships. I never got OOC tested but I was never higher than 3rd in Canada. Some of slower team mates got the knock at home. One hadn't paid his phone bill and almost slept through it. He chased the DCO into the street when he realized who was pounding on his door. CCES would show up at the pool with a list of names and a mandate to pick a number of swimmers at random. They had no idea who was who and just pointed at the ones they wanted to test for the extra random tests. A couple of times some of the foreign swimmers who were visiting got picked. One thought he was being picked on but really it was more like eeny meeny miny mo.

Guess what screws up all your Olympic spirit stuff? Drug cheating! And the current authorities are complicit. So I think Lilly is totally fine speaking out, and I notice that she does not hold a doubke-standard for cheaters like Gatlin either

This is not allowed as athletes to he named on mission detail to DCO.
An other case of WADA having different interpretation for each country .Or braking rules as it is cost saving .
