jamin is a head case who runs slower in races than in training.
My prediction: 55.2
53.3 for 0.26! Are you going to adjust that down to 51.25 for running long?

http://i.imgur.com/4BEYVpY.jpgMy excuse is that I started out too conservatively. Was able to do a 25.9 200m a couple minutes later. The good thing is that I was very relaxed. I think the hill sprints are helping my form.
Im a little disappointed. I would think a 52.5 or better would be the high end and break 52 possible.
But then again, I think you just want a fast 800. So not sure it mattters all that much.
It really depends on what type runner you are. Also highly dependent on what effort you were doing, were you relaxed etc.
I'd also like to point out that your recovery is weird, what was the goal of the session.
If I was forced to guess and assuming you were pretty much at your limit, I'd say high 50. if you get a good race. Of course if this was easy for you and you can break 23 for 200m, mid 49 is totally possible.

I am surprised you only burned 16 calories. So if you maintained that for an hour you would have burned only 1000 calories. Doesn't seem right.

"Recorded a friend doing this workout running a 600m workout in about 1:25. He runs by at 0:25 and 1:22 into the video. Please advise, sorry for the bad lighting, and thank you in advance.
