I completely agree with this, who better to address the issue than those who are directly affected by it? Definitely an awkward subject to speak on publicly because of the risk of appearing 'insulting' and politically not correct but maybe it could knock some sense into Semenya, the IAAF, and the CAS. Clearly this has become unfair.

I tried to explain Semenya to my non-track fan wife.

Liberal to a fault, she defended Semenya's gender identity, and said I needed to accept "her" right to compete as a woman.

Yeah, I know this did not happen, but the point of your story is valid.

I am liberal and I'm pretty sure most liberals find Semenya completing with women to be absurd.

From reading the comment sections on youtube videos about Semenya, I find that Semenya supporters tend to be these loud mouth oblivious "black lives matter" type people. They truly believe that we think Semenya is too masculine because she is black and in their minds it is a racial issue.

Yup that's basically my point. People can crap on IOC, IAAF or CAS all they want, but ultimately they move on with their lives and collect their paychecks.

The biggest losers are the female competitors. They lose out potential medals, big money, promotion deals, legacy, etc. My opinion on semenya's case is that as long as the competitors are 'ok' with semenya competing since they are not complaining, then I'm okay with semenya competing. The girls can continue to stay pretty and shut their mouth, I don't care, since I'm not the one who is losing out.

She is just going to get more dominate, as the testosterone continues to kick in her/his other advantages will become more pronounced. I am dead serious when I say I think she could win the 400, 800, and the 1500m if s/he stops sandbagging it and trains like she has competetion. Think of the progression a boy makes from grades 8 to 10.

Others are right though one of her competetors needs to complain, but they are to scared of being labled a bigot I guess.

Don't know about the 1500, but I do think shecould win the 400. She ran 50.6 with 2-3 vents that day and training for the 800. Imagine if she did more 400 specific training. 49 at least.

I do agree with whoever said Semenya v Krachtochvilova at their peak would be an interesting race.

You're right about Kratochvilova. This is getting out of control.

Look, I'm what most of you yanks would call 'liberal' or far-left; almost a commie. But this sort of cavalier negligence is just disturbing. I blame CAS for setting up these women (yes, they were born with a vagina) and their families for the inevitable avalanche of adverse scrutiny and ridicule that's coming.

As for Caster Semenya (This isn't your fault); Francine Niyonsaba (Ce n'est pas ta faute) and Margaret Wambui ( Hii sio kosa lako). You have been let down by a feckless, incompetent system that's incapable of looking beyond its own nose to protect the sport and, more importantly, the athletes.

Unfortunately the joke will only last until IAAF comes up with evidence that testosterone is a performance enhancer (as if that's disputed). And that will happen no later than July, 2017. I would have loved to see the liberals totally destroy female athletics. Just the way they've destroyed black families and everything else they lay their hands on.

No (s)he would not, (s)he married a women while wearing a tuxedo, and if she were to have a baby with her (s)he'd be the dad (if it is possible). This is all out in the open, but yet since (s)he says she's a women we "have" to accept it. The whole thing is crazy because clearly (s)he actually idenifies as male, in my opinion (s)he is keeping up this whole charade merely to dominate at womens sports and she should be called out at every chance.

The even more crazy thing is after the Obama decree the entire USA scholastic system has an expectation that will allow any man to unilaterally decide if they want to screw the system like Caster is. You don't have to dress the part, you don't have to look the part, your actual "parts" dont matter, and you can still date/marry women, while at the same time beat the crap out of them, and its all 100% defended by the Obama decree which merely match's what the IAF is doing.

the only intersex females i know of competing, are dorcas ajok of uganda,dutee chand of india ,niyonsaba of rwanda,semenya,a kenyan named margaret wambui and a super quick 400 metre runner from zambia,kabange mupopho.its a pity jarmila kratochvilova competed more than 30 years ago,and not today,because kratochvilova vs semenya would be a cracker of a race.

Use whatever definition you want. I haven't been closed-minded (fyi there's a "d" in it) or intolerant. I have stated an opinion - that it is unfair to all the other women that Semenya (for example) is allowed to compete in women's events. I have not belittled anyone else for expressing a different opinion.

I have expressed no opinion on Semenya, what she wears, what she says or how she identifies. They are matters entirely for Caster Semenya and it is not for me to comment. However, I think I am entitled to say that it is unfair for all the other women without a Y chromosome to compete against her.

Here's another definition of bigot "a person who is utterly intolerant of any differing creed, belief, or opinion". Again - it's not the right word. I have no issue with black people, women, black women, transgender women or androgenous women. There's been no intolerance in my posts, let alone utter intolerance.

I only have an issue with people competing with an unfair advantage.
