All you have to do is look to a sport like baseball and see what types of players are doping. The best of the best doped. Sosa, McGwire, Bonds. And then you had a bunch of average guys get caught. After that you had bunches of minor leaguers get caught.
My conclusion?
It could be anybody. Age group masters, Oly gold medal winners, national class runners. All have been caught doping so there is no way to pinpoint just based on results or times.

Here's mine: require all athletes competing in big meets --prestigious and money--to stay in controlled housing 3-5 days before and event. Take samples from when they show up until the end of competition. Search all bags for drugs, etc. Conduct surprise room searches, and randomly switch athletes to different rooms each day.

No you're not getting it. He is not saying they all have to move to one location. He is saying they must move to a country with proper testing. That gives them the option of any dozens of countries, not just one town. Flagstaff is only an example, and however imperfect it is, it is clearly better than Kenya. And if you don't understand Willis's point you should hold off on your scathing condemnation of him.

I already offered an example. Why not have Nick and other top athletes with all their sponsorship money offer to fund the facilitation of better testing in these places?

Multiple testing points pre-competition. No last second IVs, pills, etc. Many athletes would opt out of such control, and they would be out of the medals and best money.
i dont know if nick is clean or not,but he sure is a remarkeable athlete,and assuming hes clean,he'd have a good idea who is on drugs and who isnt.years being world class would give him an idea..i remember his comment about the seppelt report on runners using epo or blood doping."one third of medallists doping? more like two thirds" he says.that was big news at the time.800 athletes out of 5000 having suspect blood readings.now if nick willis is clean,could he be the real 1500 metre world record holder? its possible.
I'm curious about Webb our most promising and in some ways "disappointing" because he didn't live up to our expectations. Maybe he couldn't kick and win because he wasn't juiced. I'd like to believe that he too was clean, kept his mouth shut , and just walked away.
