I understand that anti-doping is a PR gimmick. But in the fantasy world where dopers get what they deserve, the US would be kicked out first.

That is one way to look at it but how comes that Kenya's entry into world mid-distance running but untrained and non-professional athletes in the 60's was that successful? Were they doping then? I have to admit that it is funny how little is said about West African heritage and dominance in sprinting as suspicious (including descendants in the Americas) but there is no way East Africans are that good at mid and log distance running.

Kenya is far worse than China and Russia put together. Not Kenya per se but the coaching. It has been entertaining seeing people decry a handful of Russian dopers yet ignore the elephant in the room that all these 2:08 and better Kenyan and EThiopians have ALWAYS doped. Once we get rid of the dope, we will see the truth that the best will win....not the best doped.

Either let everybody dope, or really test. Cierpinski won and likely doped...and Shorter was, too. Americans like to bemoan Cierpinski but come now, Shorter was doping. Not either or, but both and.
