about 2 degrees F here, with 4 inches of fresh snow being blown around. XC waffles are great in this crap.
4 degrees in up state New York can you say brrr? Luckily I got to run speed work on the indoor track at Cornell. I do not like the bitter winter weather so its great to have that option. Tomorrow I am out-doors, but its supposed to get above freezing later in the week, whoopee!

It seems as if winter is a couple of days early here in Michigan. I began my run this morning at 7:00. It was 13 degrees and very windy. Ran 15 miles. By the end of the run the temperature had dropped to 6 degrees and the wind had picked up. Last 2 miles were easily 5:45 effort and ran about them in about 13:30. How cold was it where you ran today?
4 to 8 degrees above, plus 10 to 15 mph winds. My wife pulled me through 10 hard as hell miles. I am still tired today.
high of 16 w/ 35 mph winds..ran 70 min..froze my nuts off!

Who in the hell decided that Kansas City should be colder than Maine? I think we had a high of 14f today. That being said... I'm still being effin lazy.
This is retarded. A couple of days ago I ran when it was like 24 degrees and windy. Today I go out to run and it's sunny and 63 degrees.
Somewhere in the 20C range here in Perth, Australia.
Last week I was in Alice Springs and it was 46C. Didn't do any training there though!
70 two days ago. 24 with WC of 8 this a.m.
Chicago 8 at noon. With a cold ass wind. dont know the wind chill
27c in Brisbane today. A little colder than usual. The saying here is "beautiful one day perfect the next". No chance of snow for Christmas.
I'm sorry, but these posts just aren't cold.
Temp: -25F
With windchill: -45F
The Jerk did 6o minutes.
Choke on that, kids.
It's only 71 here in Tampa today. God, I can't wait for summer.

Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada
-30C. Windchill -42C
60 min run at 6:00AM
Probably one of the reasons Simon Barui and Donnette D. left Regina to go to Wisconsin and Michigan State respectively. Of course, they both made world junior x-c teams training in this kind of weather.
Merry Christmas to all!
It's not that cold in Northeast Ohio -- 23 degrees Fahrenheit. But we got more than a foot of wet snow overnight.
I got my strength and aerobic workout by shoveling my driveway.
Not looking forward to running in this slush today.
Minus 10 with blowing snow - Colorado. Sucked!
Just got in from a 56 minute 6 mile run which I usually do in under 40 minutes. Minus 8 degrees with 25mph wind, and 18 inches of fresh snow with white out conditions.
I live in eastern Canada. Today was +10C and sunny. Freaky as hell - should be -5 to -10 with some snow on the ground by now. Weather was nice, but conditions on the track were shitty... with the frost leaving the ground, the upper coupla inches were wet, soft and spongy. Oh well, you gotta take the good with the bad.
I'm from Minneapolis. We're in the middle of a cold snap with temps in teens below zero at night and at about 0 for a highs during the day (F). That's not so unusual, but there is no snow on the ground.... hard on households with shallow septic system, trees with shallow root systems, and on nordic skiers.
