I tried it this morning. All I had was the unsalted butter so I brewed a strong cup of joe and whipped it in the blender with a couple slices of butter. I must admit it was creamy and delicious. Funny thing, I did NOT get hungry the entire morning. So yes, it tastes good and is filling. As for health benefits, I'm skeptical.

Who said I didn't eat anyway? The claim is that the fat is much more satiating than carbs. From an experiment of one, I can agree.

Not sure if that is the main point of "bulletproof coffee", but...
experiments of a lot more than "1", show protein to be the most satiating macronutrient, with carbs and fats pretty equal. High fiber carbs, per calorie, are sometimes more satiating.
