The question is not if the mishandling of Lagat's A sample caused a false positive, but whether his A sample was purposly mishandled in order to have a clean B sample provided.
No, the A sample was purposely mishandled and tainted by an overzealous white American tester.

because he ran .34 seconds slower than El G ever ran, clearly the EPO that El G took was good enough for .34 seconds, also lagat only achieved that time with a rabbit for the entirety of 1500m with the pacer being the doper himself, without that rabbiting he was only good for 3'26 high to 3'27 low on a perfect day with normal pacing

Has any normal person ever peed into some test tubes, stored them in warm temps, and produced a positive EPO test as an experiment? Can we get some of the lab-type letsrunners on this?
Ummm, you forgot, "and mishandled the sample" after "stored in warm temperature". BTW, the trunk of a car can rise more than 50-degress in 20 minutes* which qualifies for extremely hot.

If you read the documents you might also have detected that the early tests for EPO were somewhat flawed and prone to error and have been fixed substantially since then, partially because of the Lagat case. But you knew that already, didn't you?

You need to look up the words "know" and "knowledge".We all do certainly not "know" that Lagat, nor for that matter, Rita Jeptoo, were doping. There are too few facts, that need to be confirmed, or filled in with unfounded allegations and beliefs, to arrive to that conclusion.

Strange how when a distance runners sample is mishandled it produces EPO positive, when a sprinters in mishandled it produces a steroid.
