It depends on your training before hand, but you will either maintain or gain. Even with the flu it is highly unlikely you will see any loss. Though everyone here is right: Take your time coming back. Let your body rest easy.

I've read in the past that it takes 5 or 5+ days of inactivity before your VO2 Max and other running adaptations start to decrease.
