"4 Minute Mile" - Have any of you seen this new movie yet?

It's on Netflix but I've not bothered watching it.

I started it and quit after a half hour. Then gave it another shot and quit after another 20 minutes.

movie was probably the worst running movie I have ever seen. Granted I understand that they were attempting to make a movie to entertains the masses. If your looking for a running movie; this is not it.

Agreed it was terrible, I'm embarrassed I actually watched it. Must have been an off week for Netflix.

This movie was shot at the high school where I teach and coach. A couple of my kids were extras. So that's kind of neat. That said, what a rotten waste of a couple hours. Awful film.

Why does the dealer (I mean fish dealer) stay around to get arrested at the end? I sort of get that his brother stays after shooting the coach, but the dealer? He didn't shoot anyone. You can see him getting cuffed on the back of his car that still there. Lame

A couple of good lines, and the running wasn't completely awful. The fact that the guy never sweat was. Except in the last 'race' where he had his warm-up sweat, and never proceeded to perspire setting a state record. Man if only he put some real effort in it.
