I did find the 30 to be more narrow than the 29. I liked this because I found the 29 a little bit too wide, but I could wear both models with no problem.

There was a significant difference between the 29's and 30's. I don't care what Nike says about the 30's being built on the same last and blah blah blah, they were stiffer, and much much firmer than the 29's. I just tried on the 31's and they seem to fall inbetween the 29's and 30's. I' ve been runni g in the Ghost 6's, Wave Rider 16, and Glycerin 11's. I still have a Peg. 29 that I use for trail running. I will stock up on the 29's at the outlet stores until Nike gets their act together with this shoe. It's so funny when you hear the NOP runners singing the praise of this shoe, saying how soft it is, blah blah blah. The NOP runners run on soft bark chip trials. If they ran on the roads they would be singing a different tune. Nike needs to stop making shoes for their athletes and start making shoes for their customers,

I guess my cycling training and run training in the Newton's seemed to aggravate my Achilles/calf. I was looking for a Neutral shoe like the Peg 31 for relief...I have heard the peg's conform to your foot better after 50 miles anyone have a long term review??

Bring back the Vitruvian running shoes!

Newer isn't always better and that is a big problem with the shoe industry. Why do you think many pros run in old Pegasuses? They are weary of changing what works.
