But Ndiku didn't use Lagat type tactics at all in that 3000 championship.
Nidiku took over with 500 to go and held everyone off to the finish.
I have never seen Lagat take the lead with less than 100m to go.

I laughed my arse off at this!

Have you even seen Rocky IV?
Salazar only claims icing on Farah, not cake. Farah was already sub 13 when he joined Salazar in early 2011.
by icing, that means taking a 12:57 guy and giving him enough endurance to be fresh in the kick, and more physical strength and speed to win the kick. In the right race, that means a drop of 10-15 seconds off his pr. That's icing.

no
it is an example of your ignorance & assuming others are such afflicted
Nowhere in any of my posts did I claim to have seen the races. In fact, I made it clear that I did not know the splits and that both of us would need to see the splits of each race before coming to any conclusions
then you had no business posting on this topic & wasting posters' time
But instead of providing the numbers, you just repeatedly insult me and ridicule me. It doesn't make any sense
drivel
you seem incapable of reading
i said mo split 57+ in his 12'57 & 54+ in his 12'53 & there were no "wild" splits earlier in either race
did this not compute in your brain ???
You also don't seem to understand what "get a clue" and "drivel" mean, because I'm not even making a conclusion about the splits or races
claiming ignorance of the splits & trying to base conclusions off this ignorance is drivel
All I'm doing is asking questions about the splits. If I had claimed that I knew the splits and those splits were wrong or inaccurate, THEN maybe you could say "get a clue" or "drivel"
then why post on a topic you have no clue about ???
The rest of your replies are filled with strange, irrelevant responses to things that I never said. Did you mean to quote another poster instead maybe?
no
it was you making conclusions of ignorance

@just sayin, infact the stats are more than that...Geoffrey Mutai, Wilson Kipsang, Emmanuel Mutai, Mark Kiptoo, Mary Keitany, Priscah Jeptoo etc. These have become phenoms in their late 20s and early 30s and seem like their best is yet to come!
Yeah, I run like 5 days a week and still stomp all these young bucks like it ain't no thing. They take this stuff too seriously. Then I go home and buck my wife in the backdoor like I'm a F'in all-star or some shit. Daddy can still kick, bitchez.
