The darker the skin the more defined you look. This is why body builders spray tan before competitions. This is why they dont roll around in flour and chalk before they pose.

I attended a high-quality amateur bodybuilding contest in NYC. When the heavies came out, the palest guy on the stage was a "black" guy--and he was pretty much as clueless about his posing as about his skin. The "white" guys were at least as dark as cordovan leather.

Serious builders know that dark skin is best for displaying muscle.

We have firm knowledge that genetics, not training, is the primary determinant of one's muscular physique, and this can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of anyone apart from a outright moron by pointing out some simple geometry. No. You idiots are confusing cause and effect. It isn't dark skin that makes muscles look more defined. It is the process of darkening the skin that highlights muscle by creating shadows around them.
