try more like 12'40
that 5kpb of 12'53 coupla years was a joke
they jogged the 4th km & he finished in 53-flat !!!
and then
1/2 dozen guys went < 12'50 in paris last year with geb2 finishing 54+ in 12'46 !!!
1) please stfu about the last laps. It is meaningless, as you yourself demonstrate by mentioning every countless instance. Except you forgot HG in that same Paris race.
2) Mo finished Monaco in 53 high anyhow, not 53 flat.
3) Your logic implies HG and DG are capable of 12:33, if MF can do 12:40. But nobody can make such outrageous claims about DG and HG because if they had any chance at all, they would be trying to. Whereas you can spout off all the baloney you want about MF because he's a "racer" and not interested in time trials.
The truly revelant fact is that Mo Farah has hit the bell under 12 minutes only once in his entire life. To hit 12:40, he would have to average more than 1 second per lap faster and hit in 11:46. And that assumes he'd still have the 54 finish. But kick or no kick, he can't do that. As you freely admit, he's a speedster who can hold it together for 3 1/2 or save it for the bell, because that's how he trains. He's not trained to string together 11 1/2 61.39's. If he were to train for that, he might get there after a few years, but his best so far is 62.5's so he's wise not to try, because it's almost certainly impossible.
