The 86 year-old woman would probably be alive now if she had seen the right kind of doctor: A psychiatrist. You don't see people keeling over dead from running 400 meters.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, sudden cardiac death occurs in about one of every 15,000 joggers and one in every 50,000 runners; a 2008 study in European Heart Journal equated the greatest risk of sudden cardiac arrest in marathon runners with those who had the least amount of training.
Just so you know, sudden cardiac death occurs in about 1 in 925 for the GENERAL population...So marathon runners are about 50 times less likely to keel over dead from a heart attack....just sayin.

15 hours a week = 900 minutes = 2.5 hours a day. That is an enormous amount of running. For a good runner, 900 minutes comes out to around 130 miles a week. What portion of marathon runners do you think run that much? 1 in 10,000?
That is one beautiful woman, and a kick-ass person, not afraid of living life.
I think that once a person is past 80, they get a free pass on things like this.
