Wow this is bizarre. Maybe the IAAF should make weight adjusted tables like they do so old ladies can pretend they are faster than Galen Rupp.
You just might be faster than Usain Bolt (weight-graded) over 400m!

This man is a legend....
I'm going to make two reccomendations to the OP:
1) Stop posting here: it will get you nothing but hate as to us, you're just providing overwhelming evidence of being a delusional buffoon.
2) Stop believing and building your life around sloppy hand times: personal hand times and sprint PRs don't go together.
Bonus) Look outside yourself (ie stop posting self-worship videos).
you have to admire his motivation
You just gave the 4:30 miler a scare for his position of No.1 all time troll on Letsrun. Well done!
Careful you don't overdo it. A legend is started in one thread but not completely built.

OP, why do you keep saying, "I'm hot" in your videos? Do you realize that it makes you sound like a fool?
OP, a few more questions for you:
- How old are you?
- Who filmed you in all your 3,703 videos? Is that your mom?
- Why do you wear this awful jumpsuit on the track?
- If you're so hot, why don't you have a gf?
How much rent does your mommy and poor suffering daddy charge you for living in their basement?
400 guy....don't listen to these people. You were excited about your performance and you should be, that is a great time.
I would like to hear about your training leading up to this and what you plan on doing now.
Try to break 53? I think you should go for it. Keep talking!!
'I just did a bio of height and weight on places 1 through 30 on the top 30 decathletes from the 2012 london olympics...Out of those results.. None were over 210lbs.. 3 were at 209lbs... But each one of those 3 people were 6'4 or taller... Then in addition to those results, 3 other athletes were right around 203lbs,, their heights were 6'3 and above... The 24 others were all different weights ranging from 150 to 194 or so...'
Why don't you lose some weight and go to Rio!

I implore all of you to watch this video. Another one of OPs 400m exploits. Specifically, read the description.

This shows the red unitard is faster that the black unitard. Love how as soon as he finishes, looks up to camera guy and says " It just felt easy!"
Dear Mr. 53.78 at 210 lbs, thank you for this thread and your videos. Thank you. Thank you.
this video makes my day, knowing that somewhere out there this guy exists

OP, if you are serious you are the biggest tool/douche out there. You might as well join cross-fit and eat paleo. Who cares if you ran that time being heavy. There are no weight classes in running.
if you are trolling, bravo! 10/10
1 word: narcissism.
But let's cut through the delusion. Walter Dix is 5'9'' 190 lbs, almost the exact same BMI as OP; he has run sub-10 100m, sub-20 200m, and has run 45.24 400m relay split.

So you're saying he can't hang with Dix?
Ok... Justt got done doing my 4 by 200 meter workout again with the same amount of rest in between the 200s....
THe last time i did this workout was exactly 2 weeks ago in 60 degree weather at 6pm under a cloudy sky..
I ran
25.32
26.71
28.53
28.85
On the 4th 200 there was someone on the track and they got in my way, which made me swerve to the outside around the 100 meter mark, i went into just one lane over and then swerved slightly again to get out of the way of someone else on the track and went back one lane to the left... I initially thought i should take off 1.8 seconds from my 28.85 and i called it a 27.0... Now im beggining to think if i should have done that or not.. With the 27.0 on the last i gave myself a total of 1:47.5.... Now im beginning to think that it could have been just a 1:48.5.... So it should have been only 28.3 on the last one.. I really didnt have to stop or anything i just swerved one lane over gradually and then sped up a bit to make up for it.. So yeah..
Anyways ,,after that extremely hard workout of 4 by 200s two weeks ago.. i had so much lactic acid build up because of the cold and i couldnt do anything for 20mins after... Later that week i then went ahead and beat my best from last year and my best at any weight since 1999 when i ran 53.78
Well today i went to the track to do my 4 by 200s again..I was going to go early in the day at around 63 degrees.. Figures i get to the track at 9pm at 54 degrees out , 6 degrees colder than two weeks ago..
THe 200s are all done with the same rest period so that i can commpare them to my other 4 by 200 workouts..
I warmed up and was ready to go,, then i took to long to get started and took off 10mins before running the workout instead of 5mins..
That i think slowed me down a bit..
I ran
26.53
27.69
27.19
27.06
After the first two i was thinking that this workout wasnt going too good.. I then pushed myself hard on the 3rd one,, My form wasnt the greatest.. Didnt take as much deep breathes as i wanted to on them all.. And it was dark out couldnt really see the lines too good, so i think that slowed me down a bit, also the wind was about 8mph from left to right which made it feel colder..
Then on the last one i put it in my mind to do 25.7 and absolutely went all out and ran as fast as i possibly could, my form was really bad but thats how i get my best times in the 100 and 200 just by swinging my arms as fast as possible and if i didnt do that on the last one it would have been slower, so the last one was 27.06 and i felt good with that time even though i really wanted to get 25.7, at least it wasnt 29.0 on some of the workouts i have done or 30.0... To run that fast on the last one shows im getting more endurance...
Then i went to weigh myself after the workout, i weighed in at 213lbs..
So i was 3 lbs heavier than the last time i ran this workout, and not only that but it was a full 6 degrees colder and i simply can not run in the cold.. Its impossible for me. ON top of all that
My total time for the workout was 1:48.5.... So compared to two weeks ago im a bit faster.. WOW! Even on top of everything, running late at night, 6 degrees colder, didnt warm up right, couldnt see the track that well, and i had to run in lane 1 instead of lane 2 and i never run my 200s in lane 1 because im too heavy that its hard for me to get around the turn that well..
SO this was a very good workout! and i really made up for it on the last 2 , 200s,,, NOW
Something that i did two weeks ago after this workout that i didnt do tonight were,,
Two weeks ago even after that workout i went ahead and did an extremely tough strength shoe workout..
THEN on top of all that , i went to the gym and lifted medium to heavy!! Did a full body workout, heavy bench, squats and seated rows , and then everything else, spent about an hour and a half at the gym... THEN
I went to my place and did my ab workout, my band workout, my hip and butt workout, and my speed band workout,
GUess what i did today? Just the 4 by 200s.....
Im going to now take off all week and go for my record again in the 400 later this week...
IM going to see if taking off from the gym and stretching all week makes a difference or not..
If it doesnt then it means the strength shoe workout and the heavy lifting are required for me to run anywhere near 53 or 55 seconds...
If i run faster than 53.78 then i will do this from time to time next year as i get closer to running my best times, ill take off from the gym and just do my track workout and take off all week and relax then race later in the week.. Im not going to do it every 400 race, but just on a couple weeks that i feel that im going to get my best times..
Should be fun..
Another thing is i need to get back down to 210 by friday,, I have no clue how i even got up to 213lbs.. considering yesterday i weighed myself at 208... So i must have really ate alot of high quality foods that really put on muscle....
ANother thing is this.. i ran my 53.78 with no blocks and with running the first 200 at around 26.0 and then 27.7.. Thats too close....
I know that i need to conserve energy on the first 200 because with running at this heavy of a weight if i go out too hard then ill have too much lactic acid build up on the last 100 and just that last 100 will have a counter effect on how well i run, it slows me down too much and i end up running slower than i wanted to.. BUT considering that it seems that i have more endurance now and now that i did this workout ill get stronger from it, then....
IM really considering going out at 24.7, and trying to relax, then just keep relaxing, and breathing, and trying to run as fast as possible relaxed on that last 100... I like this technique better because if i dont use up my speed as fast as possible at the beginning of the race then i wont have enough at the end to make up for it due to lactic acid build up.. .so thats one thing im going to try again on friday..
I either will do it right with going out fast or i will run 4 seconds slower than my best time,,, thats usually how i run when i go out fast.. thats why i go out at an even pace and just relax and relax and relax the whole time.. I also keep my arms up as high as i can keep them because with weighing this much i waste too much energy if i swing them....
I couldnt get my whole 4 by 200 workout on video,, battery was too low..
And i used a flashlight to signal my start of the first 2....
Now im not too sure im going to run alot faster in this workout if its warm out,, I mean theres only so fast i can go in this workout at this weight..
IM guessing if it was 70 degrees out i would be around 1:45.8 to 146.5 at the best as of right now......
I re calculated some things and now im thinking it should have been 1:46 instead of 1:44 in warm weather.
If i dont get another record this week in the 400, i dont even care.. I just ran 53.78!!! my fastest since 1999, faster than last years 55.5 at 210 ,, faster than 2007 when i was running extremely fast times in the 100 and 200, 54.1 in 2007 at 197lbs, and even faster than in 2004, when i just came off of doing distance all winter of 30miles per week, I no longer do distance work in the winter because i try to powerlift and gain weight all winter, and consistently ran 54.1 and 54.4, all summer long , along with 55s and 56s,, lots of them too... But only weighed 192 that summer or less.. and even faster than 2000 when i ran 53.9 but had 200 meter dash speed that year of 23.7.....
So ive been alot more consistent this year than last year at the same weight of 210lbs...
Im going to try something different this week,, im measuring out 35 yards from the starting line,, then im going to try to run the first 35 yards as fast as possible,, then go straight into relaxtion mode, i didnt do that on my 53.78,, i just went out easy...
Im going to place a water bottle at the 35 yard mark from the starting line,,
Right now im eating to get stronger.
Great stuff - inspirational.
Nice track too.
Check out the flexing at the beginning of this one.
Wtf is this?
