Mostly just a second training log, as a backup.
As for Pr's, I don't really race anymore.

Didn't feel great, legs tight. Last night trouble sleeping only ~3-4hrs, tops. Gave up around 5am and pounded the coffee and got some work done. In hindsight probably pretty stupid to try a workout today after that and yesterdays hard workout but...oh well.

I'm not trying to be a hater, but why don't you just use an online running log to track your training? Set up an account at logarun.com. It would be a lot easier to record your runs and you wouldn't be cluttering up the board.

Isn't discussing training and motivating each other part of what letsrun should be all about? If you are worried about board clutter, I'd argue that there are dozens if not hundreds of other threads that are far more worthless than this one.
Tuesday 9/3/13 am 4.5 in 31:15
pm 8 total, first 3.4 jog in 25:30, hit 7.1 in 45:10 (last 3.7 faster and faster, averaged 5:18 pace), ~1mi cd
Raining hard all day.
What are your goals?
at the same time there are plenty that are more useful, it would be one thing if other people were posting there training here or people discussing things but they are not. please just go use online training log website. i'm not trying to be a dick but if you can't even give me your pr's i doubt there very good and you most likely have ZERO chance of making Rio.
and with these runs and workouts i know that for a fact. There are other things in life than just running. so seriously stop, its actually kind of annoying.
