That's what I was getting at. Cain didn't contend for the win, but still PR'd in a tough race. The US champs are going to be exciting.
That is about 9 seconds faster than Mary ran this time last year. (4:39 penn relays mile)...I think she'll keep improving and contend for the A standard and world team in the next couple months.
Tough conditions with the wind and Mary may have gone out a little aggressively then realized it around 600 meters...
Awesome race for JBS..made it look easy.

Change in coaching has brought her back. Very controlled today , impressive world class run. its along summer though...
