Webb & Solinsky running Stanford 5k on 28th

Right, he's the class of the field with fellow Olympian and 3:52/7:35/8:14/13:20 guy Jager in the field...

Where in the H-E-L-L is German Fernandez???? Why is he not running yet again? Is he permanently injured or what?

i am a huge solinsky fan, but a little slower for him. i'd be impressed if he runs under 13:40.

yes, levins > jager (3:38, 8:14 losing to levins, 13:22 slower than levins)

jager would have to gap levins going into the last 400m. possible but...

who cares about webb or solinsky, tom farrell is going to win the race in 13.06.

Will be interesting to see them race again

My guess is 13:21 for Solinsky and 13:34 for Webb.

I feel like the Schumacher guys need to work on their sprinting speed more if they want to continue to compete with the Oregon Project. If Solinsky improved his speed a lot, he could be a world beater like Rupp. Galen's form has just become so efficient it's going to be impossible to outkick him.

I've heard from a reliable source that Webb is in nasty shape.

Having said that, I would be psyched if he was anywhere under 13:40. Even so, he is going to kill it this summer.

I was at Stanford a couple years ago and saw that 10k - really late at night and the stands were packed, the crowd went wild. It was awesome - racing at it's finest!
