There was a ton of complaining when Verzbicas was setting Frosh and Soph records and was a year older than regular freshman and sophmores. He skipped from Soph to Senior and was regular age when he graduated

Cheserek turned 19 a couple of weeks ago - he's the age of a college freshman. He should not get credit for the HS record.

Not to quibble, but Cheserek isn't 19. If that's what his handlers are willing to admit to, imagine what his real age must be. This is like another Solomon Haile.

And concerning Lagat, you have to figure that extremly fast dopers like him face a real quandary once they get to be 33, 34. On one hand they know that they have a solid 3-5 years left at the top by staying on the juice, and that's serious $$$. On the other they risk getting caught or "sacrificed" by those who were once complicit (like happened to Jacobs, Slaney etc) and blowing their entire reputation.

I do not know why so many people think Lagat is clean. It's not even as if he has not shown himself to pull underhanded shit like he did while competing for Kenya while already having US citizenship. And that is WITHOUT the pos/oops not pos drug test. So he smiles a lot, that makes him a guy who wouldn't dope? Only grouches and non fan favorites cheat? Get real, ya friggin starry eyed yutzes.

Yep it's going to be hilarious when Lagat ends up on Oprah. At least I hope has the decency to do a public apology when the truth comes out.
