Thanks for the sunshine, but I don't really know the sprint scene as it is today--I know it as it was years ago.
I just assume that human nature hasn't changed much in the intervening years, and I apply what I know from back then to what is happening today. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
All the roles will be filled, if by different actors, in different locations--but the plot line remains essentially the same, IMHO.
My first-hand knowledge is old now, too, but it does cover the BJ period in particular.

Taking drugs so you can do more training will do absolutely nothing to make you faster. It will only increase your odds of getting injured thanks to doing too much superfluous activity.
