It is very sad, but it also seems strange to me. I'm no doctor, but isn't the combination of "extremely dehydrated" and "very low sodium level" an odd one? People usually get running-related hyponatremia from drinking too *much* water, right? And that would be consistent with having a seizure. If it's true that they forced her to run as punishment, and didn't give her anything to drink (thus the dehydration), how could she end up with hyponatremia? To me, something doesn't ring true about this story, at least as reported - although, whatever really happened, it's sad that this young girl died
