I'm not sure of Fat's exact weight. It's not incredibly excessive but he's put on a lot of weight in college. If it was possible to do negative exercise, he was doing it. Diet is terrible and he's been sick for probably the last two years. That's why he's Fat Guy.
But still the odds are very much against him. He's out on his second run of the day right now
Ask him, weigh him, have him sit on your face if needed. I demand answers!
im about 6 foot 190lbs. Fast Guy isnt really exagerrating as to my general unhealth. ive probably gained about 30 of those pounds in the last 6 months, solid beer gut goin down, I like to sit with my phone on it, which amuses Fast Guy
fat guy is struggling, but after inspiring words and a little pep talk, he's determined to finish just to prove all the haters wrong.
Fat Guy is struggling to walk. But we're about to head out on our last run of the day. Should be interesting
I didn't do as much as I would have liked today. I'll finish with 22 miles and about 20ish beers. Hopefully tomorrow can be a big day

Is that for the day, or total? I really hope it's for just today.

Huge props to anybody that tries this during school or work. I assume most that try set the to e aside for a dedicated attempt. That said, it doesn't seem so bad when you break it down. Granted, I'll never try this, but for the accomplished runner and drinker this schedule looks very attainable.
Daily itinerary:
8am wake up
9am-10am: run 5 miles
10am-1pm: drink 5 beers
2pm-3pm: run 5 miles
3pm-6pm: drink 5 beers
7pm-8pm: run 5 miles
8pm-11pm: drink 5 beers
12am- 8am: sleep
This schedule gives a lot of wiggle room for the running and drinking. I don't see this as very difficult for an avid runner who likes to drink.
Lot of joint pain right now, knees mostly, ankles a little. a little behind on thre miles than id like, but im doing pretty well on beer at the moment. 34 beers, 28 miles, fat guy out.

Yeah, thats what its feeling like. I was only able to run 2 this morning, on the night run last night my knee actually gave out and let to me hitting my head on a light post, so that was fun
Take a day off to rest the knee and really crank out some serious drinking.
And lots of ice. Ice is your good friend.

Ice after every run! If you need some extra rest, do one longer run in the early morning and then don't run again until the next day so that your legs have 24 hours to recover. This way you won't lose a complete day of running.

Keep the beer in an ice filled cooler. Run. Stop. Grab beer with one hand, ice with the other.
Fat Guy, you're hitting the mileage admirably but your beer intake to date is questionable. This is your comparative advantage over Fast Guy and most would expect greater separation in this area by now. Raise your game son. You might try directing unnecessary and excessive anger at the ginger and training on spite, a potent motivator.
