I'd tend to agree, esp given that he likely can get most of the epo benefit from the altitude tent. i would bet that he bends the rules a bit, though. and i seriously doubt that galloway, shorter, etc were on steroids, and if they were steroids are highly unlikely to add any real benefit to a marathon time.

You are joking, right? It is about recovery and being able to run more miles at high intensity. I am sure the benefits would be tremendous. If you can recover or do all these workouts at hight intensity, how are you going to improve?

jealousy and hate? are you kidding me. i have extensive experience with performance enhancing drugs and athletes at all levels so my knowledge in this area is statement of fact, not opinion, but of cource none of these people will ever admit to what would now be considered cheating. and i didn't say they all did them so take your panties out of your a** and calm down.

and to the other moron who posted that steroids would have no benefit you need to shut the fck up. as joker said they would have a tremendous benefit for runners of all distances. why do you think athletes in 2010 are still being busted for drugs that were being taken since the 1960's to improve performance? Because they don't work, right. idiot.
