didnt run today or yesterday. damn. was too busy travelling and celebrating all day today and working all day yesterday. by the time i got home again, it was very dark, cold, and icy. not usually a weather chicken but after a close call earlier this year im trying to be careful.
12 on the treadmill with too much snow to deal with.

One in 5:25, seven mins rest and one in 5:21.
Not as slow as it sounds, as I'm about to move into 55+ age group.
I ran 5 miles on the treadmill @ a 7:41 pace.

6 mile trail run with my brother (xmas tradition for us).
we stopped and took our heart rates at mile 5. our rates were identical.
I always take Christmas off.
It's sunday, so long run. Ended up being 14.5, a tad under 7min pace. Merry Christmas!
