Actually, I have to revise my correction. It looks like I was right in the first place. It was Lot who slept with his daughters. It is described here in Genesis and occurs after Sodom and Gomorrah:

“Then the firstborn said to the younger, “Our father is old, and there is not a man on earth to come in to us after the manner of the earth. “Come, let us make our father drink wine, and let us lie with him that we may preserve our family through our father.” So they made their father drink wine that night, and the firstborn went in and lay with her father; and he did not know when she lay down or when she arose. The reason that an image becomes burned into a screen is very, very well understood, and it's not because of a mysterious electromagnetic resonance that's been left behind, it's because of uneven pixel use. You, on the other hand, were writing about a persistent, possibly person-shaped electromagnetic disturbance that may or may not be caused by the past existence of weak electrical impulses in the brain of a person that has long since rotted away. This flies in the face of a whole lot of experimental physics.

I have considered string theory, and I can tell you haven't considered it very seriously. It does not deal with alternate dimensions (in the comic-book-plot-device sense), it hypothesizes the existence of extra dimensions which are ultra-microscopic (here referring to dimensions of space, i.e. 2D, 3D, etc.). You're confusing extra dimensions with alternate universes.

You're not examining possibilities, you're just ignorantly stringing together scientific talking points.

I'll make this quick and short:

In bed, about to go to sleep. Alone in the house with the exception of my old, disabled grandma that had a hard moving.

Door to the bedroom I was sleeping in was open as far as it could go. All of the sudden, the door slammed shut at a very fast speed. No air conditioning in the house. Nothing could have caused it other than something paranormal.

I've had a belief in the paranormal ever since. Most real experience of my life.
