Pretty sure Trend Micro blocks all streams, including ESPN3, which is safe. Or at least it used to in the past.
CBC has stopped showing the marathon, but TBS is still going strong if choppily. Go here to download Keyhole TV, then find TBS on the channel menu.

No, I've used the same pc with same anti-virus before to watch Diamond League meetings via oleoletv.com - work pc so not going to try and bypass the security.
