Who wins Men's NCAA 1500???

I missed the races, anyone know what happened with the DQ and advancement of extra runners?

Somehow Foster got the DQ, and the other two got automatic Qs to the final. IMO, that is straight up wrong, it's pretty obvious in the video that Hassan cut off Foster and Foster should be in the final along with Wasinger.

Hassan didn't even finish the race. That's against the rules, you have to finish the prelim for a protest to go through. He has such an advantage over the others only having to race 1200 meters.

agreed and agreed. Hassan should know better than to cut someone off like that. Foster has run the 800 as well and knows how to run in traffic. such a shame to end his career this way.

Very slow first heat. Took out a few guys expected to move on. Hammond from Va Tech had a huge kick at the end but was too far back. No Phillips. No Acosta. Strange things happen with a pace that slow.

As for the second heat- I'm with everyone else. How the hell do you advance without even finishing the race? Ridiculous.
