Not sure if Radcliff's WR is questionable (might be?) but it certainly is ridiculous. By this standard I would put a vote in for Catherine Ndereba - such a good, consistent runner but the WR is just too far out there.

Wayne Collett, from usc. I saw him break the world record and place second at the NCAA 440 yard dash finals in 1970 on Drake track and then later he placed second to Tommy Smith and they both broke the world record in the 440. Breaking the world record twice and getting second both times is quite a buzz kill!!
