Well if there are gonna be 7 Stanford guys in the race then CD will not win, sincehe is not their best runner anymore. If he does win it will be because Heath did not want to destroy CD in this race, and it will be from the coach's orders that this would happen. CD is in the same boat as GF, when is the last time he PR'd?

Heath may be able to beat Derrick in a 3k right now and I might even give him a 5k but even that is stretching it, but he doesn't even have a slim chance to beat Derrick in a 10k he doesn't have the endurance Derrick has, remember xc nationals this past fall yea Heath did real well there didn't he
