There was a definitive Jeff Galloway interview that letsrun linked to a couple months ago and JG did in fact note that he has not been injured since he went to the 'run-walk-run' method. But he doesn't train with intensity. JG defined an injury as that which hurts worse as he contines running or forces him to skip days of running. He does note that he gets sore, but it is typical soreness especially after one of his 4:30 'run-walk-run' marathons that he does with his wife about eight times per year.
