Plenty of people who are not drunks miss days of work or are nonproductive due to hangovers, or get in car accidents and miss toms of work, or whatever. Nobody crashes his car due to smoking cigarettes. No twenty or thirty something misses work with a tobacco hangover. Alcohol is a much more destructive drug.
If you drinkers want to discriminate against smokers, you are opening the door to being discriminated against yourself
