How prevalent are they repeating that 'mistake' (numerous signs, commercials, newspaper ads)?
Would their behaviour strongly suggest they did that deliberately?
What would be their gain in doing this since they wouldn't end up completing a transaction with you?
Would you feel differently if it was an offer available to "the first ten customers" and you showed up as the eleventh and weren't offered the deal?
