Up to march 2007 I had been drinking 60 cans of light beer,working 50+ hrs and averaging 60k a week at age 54.
It was so easy that I often had a couple of bottles of wine on the weekends.
I eventually woke up to the fact that it was probably doing some damage so I have toned it down to basically 3-6 cans a week.
13 miles = 4 hour walk
13 beers = 15 mins each = 3hr 15 min.
Stopping for a piss = 14 stops @ 30secs=7mins.
3hr 15 mins + 7 mins = 3hrs 22 mins
Drinking time left = 38 mins = 2+ beers + a piss stop.
Average Hasher could do this in 4 hrs and drink 15+ beers.
i know almost the feeling i drank 12 12oz beers,the 2 16 oz beers then 4 shots of Crown Royal while running The Lake Mingo Trail Run.
