A medical professional has advised me that if you press on the prostate you can meter the flow to whatever time you wish, making this whole discussion worthless. Again, you MUST look at volume or you might as well not even have the discussion.

Well, towhee, you can press on your prostate all you want. Press on it repeatedly. Tell your "medical professional" that is all very interesting, but I don't care about your volume of piss. I asked for the longest TIME, not volume. What don't you undersatnd about that? Use a stopwatch to time your piss. That is all I am talking about. If you want to piss in a bucket and measure the volume, please feel free to do so. But keep the volume measurements to yourself because I don't care.

Ok you've found me out, the information comes from a female friend of mine who is studying to be an LMP (licensed massage practitioner). But it is no less valid than if it came from an MD, that is, unless you believe in the concept of 'shoot the messenger.'

There was a runner in Chch, New Zealand in the 80's by the name of Grant McEwen who used to have exhibitions after races when he had downed litres of fluid (read: beer). Never saw it, but plenty of witnesses reckon he went 5minutes one night.

Met a young Aussie runner running at world uni XC, at the other extreme, who reckons he can blast out a full morning bladder in 5-8seconds, gets told off because the stream is so loud it wakes the neighbours.

Serious question - how far do you shoot your 'load'?

I'm a lightweight, only about 45 seconds max. But that was while standing with an average heart rate of 45 according to my Garmin.

I've never actually measure the distance, but 3-4 feet at times. It is quite embarrassing and I don't like the mess.

Dunno about time, but once when going outside was not feasible I filled a 700ml vodka bottle, then another 375ml can, then I ran out of receptacles and there was a fair bit of sloshage still going on.

This is why it bugs me when I wake in the early AM to go take a whizz and it's like 300ml and I know my bladder's just being a whiny bitch and woke me up for nothing.

My PR is 60 seconds, but I did it with someone else holding my pee shooter, Top that sh*t!!
