Indoor/Winter build up- 75ish
Outdoor/Spring-65
I was a half miler/miler first and foremost but was also decent at cross country (finished top 20 at footlocker REGIONALS).
Never really got any faster in college however, stayed a high 340's 1500 guy and a 1:49 guy, ran a few 5,000's but never broke 14:30.
